Started in 2019, falenquorite grew from watching too many people struggle with choices that really mattered. We knew there had to be a better way.

What got us started

Back in early 2019, I was sitting across from someone who'd just made a massive financial mistake. Not because they were reckless—they just didn't have the right information when it counted. That conversation stuck with me.

So we built falenquorite to fill that gap. Not another generic finance platform. Something that actually helps people think through their options before committing to big decisions.

We work with individuals and businesses across Australia who need clarity on investment choices, retirement planning, business financing options—basically any financial crossroad where you want to make sure you're seeing the full picture.

Meet Riordan Thackwell

I spent twelve years working in financial services before starting falenquorite. Mostly advising mid-size businesses on capital allocation and helping families navigate major financial transitions.

What I noticed was this: people didn't need more products sold to them. They needed someone to sit down and help them think through what actually made sense for their specific circumstances.

These days I focus on building educational resources and working directly with clients who want to develop better decision-making frameworks. Based here in Wagga Wagga, but we work with people across NSW and beyond through our remote consulting options.

How we actually work with clients

We don't sell financial products. We help you understand your options so you can make informed choices that align with what you're trying to accomplish.

Most of our work happens through structured education sessions—either one-on-one or in small group settings. We also offer workshops scheduled throughout 2025 and into early 2026 for those who prefer learning alongside others facing similar decisions.

Some clients come to us once for a specific decision. Others work with us over months as they navigate more complex financial transitions. Either approach works.
